What is the milky liquid in my cuticle pen?

Shea nut oil. The “oil” has more of a creamy lotion-like texture (it’s the reason our pens are so luxurious) Because we do not heat any of our products, some separation can occur. Roll the pen quickly between your palms to help distribute -or leave it, that’s what we do.

Can I refill the cuticle pen?

I wouldn’t! You may be able to, but I would assume the process to be messy and your risk of breaking the pen is high.

How long does a cuticle pen last?

Our pens come in 2 sizes. A 5ml and a 3ml and how long they last depends on usage. We recommend you use your cuticle oil as much as you need throughout the day, that being said, some people find they need a new one every 2 weeks, and some over a month. Use it as much as you’d like and you’ll find your grove.
